Bon Voyage Jing...

I've been pretty busy with "Secret Things" lately (which I'll eventually be able to post online), but luckily I've still got a couple of things that I can share with you now, staring with a couple of cards that I've made and didn't get around to uploading!

My friend Jing left London recently to go back to Singapore, and here's a card I made for her before she left...

My friends Ayano and Ikuno are both moving back to Japan at the end of this week, and I drew them each a card...




And because they have been in London together and are leaving at the same time, I also made it so the cards join together to make a single image...

My friends Ming Xien and Arbi are leaving London to go and live in Canada very soon. I made them this card. I don't really know much about Canada...

Bon Voyage Yuki!

My friend Yuki is going back to Japan tomorrow, which is a bit sad. We were on the same MA Illustration course at Camberwell College of Art in 2008-2009 and have remained friends ever since! It'll be strange that we can't just meet up for coffee anymore or speak on the phone. Still, at least it gives me an excuse to finally go and visit Japan sometime soon!

Among the many things that Yuki is interested in is space. And after she posted a photo with her head on a rocketship on the Facebook event for her leaving drinks, I had the idea to draw this picture for her leaving card...
