"Monsieur! Non!" T-Shirt

A few months back my illustration was selected as the winning entry for the South London Hardcore podcast's "MONSIEUR! NON!" T-shirt Competition to design a t-shirt to commemorate Lakisha's apocryphal story about Jack embarrassing himself whilst buying a crepe in Paris. You can listen to the original story here:

And this is my winning illustration...

And even more excitingly, you can now order my t-shirt online from http://southlondonhardcore.spreadshirt.co.uk/ along with other South London Hardcore t-shirts.

Spend £30 until the 8 May and get £5 off when you use the offer code MAY14.

Happy Birthday Jack!

Jack McInroy is part of the South London Hardcore podcast (which is a podcast about South London, if you weren't paying attention). Last month I drew a poster to promote their recent LIVE episode of the podcast, and with it being Jack's birthday this weekend, I modified my drawing of him from the poster to create a birthday card, complete with his recently injured hand...

South London Hardcore LIVE #SLHCLIVE

South London Hardcore is a podcast about all things South London-related and presented by Jack McInroy and Steve Walsh. Launched in December 2011, they'll soon be reaching episode 100 and to mark the occasion will be doing a special LIVE recording of the show in The Old King's Head pub on Borough High Street.

I was asked by Jack and Steve to design a poster to promote the LIVE show, with Jack coming up with some suggestions for what should feature on the poster: "Can you make me clean shaven and give me Van's slip ons to wear? I apologise, but I want to be immortalised on my own terms!"
